DESCRIPTION

Join us as we work to enhance habitat for birds and butterflies. Help is needed to clear trees that are encroaching on the meadows at the Park Preserve.  Work gloves will be provided, but please bring plenty of water.

Following the work day, Jason will also be leading an Owl Prowl at 6:00 PM at the Park Preserve (north).

DIRECTIONS

From Ithaca, take Rt. 13 North towards Dryden. Go approx. 12 miles and turn right on Irish Settlement Rd. Continue on Irish Settlement approx. 4 miles to pass the NORTH parking area on the left (approx. 0.5 mile after Hammond Hill Rd). Continue approx one more mile down Irish Settlement Rd to find the SOUTH parking area just after Goodband Rd. If you get to Midline Rd, you’ve gone too far.
