Spring Bird Quest is Back on Memorial Day Weekend

Land Trust volunteer and birder extraordinaire Mark Chao will lead four birding trips on Memorial Day weekend. In late May, FLLT lands offer an amazing opportunity to view birds in their season of song, courtship, foraging, and raising young. Come experience the stunning diversity of breeding birds this spring while also raising funds to protect critical bird habitat! Learn to Navigate at the Houghton Land Preserve in Corning!

Join us for a fun and safe exploration of aidless navigation at the Houghton Land Preserve in Corning on Saturday, May 26 at 10 a.m. We’ll stray off the trail a bit, play some awareness games and activities, and rely on our inner awareness to navigate the landscape.  Suitable for adults, as well as children who are accompanied with a parent/guardian.
