Board Candidate Bios
John Bayne (1st 3-year term) – John is General Manager of Consumer Electronics, Sila Nanotechnologies. He retired from Corning Inc in 2024 where he ran the Mobile Consumer Electronics business sector and was a member of the Management Committee. He is currently a board member of The Guthrie Clinic and also served on the FoodBank of the Southern Tier board for 10 years. John lives in Ithaca, NY.
Lynn Eusden (2nd 3-year term) – Lynn is an active community volunteer and a former trustee of the Rockwell Museum in Corning. She has served on the Horseheads School Board and with numerous community organizations while raising three children. She and her husband live in Big Flats, NY.
Phil Greenberg (3rd 3-year term) – Phil is a General Manager, Pension Investments (Head of Alternative Assets) at U.S. Steel. Phil oversees the alternative assets division, focusing on strategic investment management within the pension fund. He has previously served two terms on the Land Trust’s Board of Directors, from 2013 to 2019. He and his wife live in Ithaca, NY.
