Houghton Land Preserve—town of Corning
Register on Eventbrite. Registration is required.
Join Hikyoga instructor Elizabeth and soak up the sunrise at the beautiful Houghton Land Preserve in Corning! The morning adventure opens up with yoga, then a hike while pausing to stop, drop, and yoga along the way, incorporating meditation and time to inhale the crisp fall air with vast views of the surrounding hills. This Hikyoga experience will give you the opportunity to connect with nature, enjoy a refreshing hike and take part in peaceful yoga flows. Just bring yourself (and maybe a friend!), wear comfortable shoes suitable for light hiking, appropriate clothing for movement, and a bottle of water. Please note there are no restrooms available at the preserve.
A portion of this class will be donated to the Land Trust to save more land and water.
