Special COVID-19 News from the Land Trust

Dear Land Trust Members and Supporters:

For years you have committed to saving the lands and waters of the Finger Lakes region. Many of you have stood by FLLT on our 30-year journey. Today, our commitment to you is that we will continue our conservation efforts to the best of our abilities while keeping our staff and families safe amidst this global crisis. Please read below for an important operational status update.

OPERATING STATUS

Nature preserves open: Our 35+ nature preserves remain open to the public and free every day. See the map of locations. We hope you can find solace on the trails, and ask that you please follow CDC guidelines to keep you safe.

Main FLLT office closed: Staff are working remotely from home. Please email info@fllt.org or visit our contact page to connect with a specific staff member.

Events cancelled: All our spring nature education events are cancelled through May. We will reassess future events in the coming weeks and promise to keep you updated.

Volunteer activities suspended: All volunteer activities have been suspended until further notice. We look forward to clearing new trails with you soon! You can signup for our Trailblazers list to be notified of future volunteer events.

Please stay connected! Follow FLLT on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Follow Go Finger Lakes on Facebook and Instagram. Sign up for the Go Finger Lakes email newsletter, your monthly nudge to get outdoors.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Be well: Please take care of yourselves and families so that we may continue to work together.

Keep in touch: Keep in touch on social media – we would love to see your photos of the nature preserves.

Support conservation: We hope you will continue to support the Finger Lakes Land Trust during these uncertain times. There is still so much work we must do together.
