DESCRIPTION

We invite all Land Trust members to join us for our Annual Meeting as we celebrate our conservation successes of the past year!  Kids are welcome to attend. Lunch will be provided. Group tours and post lunch activities are optional.

10:00-11:30 am Optional Group Tours led by Ganondagan Staff

Explore the gallery, Seneca Bark Longhouse, and hiking trails. Walks should last approximately one hour.

11:00 am Coffee Hour

Gather for coffee and conversation with staff, members, and volunteers. Coffee, tea, water and soft drinks will be available.

12:00 pm-12:30 pm Annual Meeting

Financial reports, election of board members, and presentation of conservation awards

12:30 -1:30 pm Lunch

Buffet lunch provided by Madeline’s Catering

1:30 pm Optional Events

Creation Story Film in the Auditorium followed by Q & A (approximately 17 minutes)

Guided walk led by Land Trust staff
