Description

Join Hikyoga instructor Elizabeth to explore the beautiful Houghton Land Preserve in Corning! Our evening adventure opens up with yoga, then we begin our hike while pausing to stop, drop, and yoga along the way, incorporating meditation and time to inhale the scenic meadows with vast views of the surrounding hills. This Hikyoga experience will give you the opportunity to connect with nature, enjoy a refreshing hike and take part in peaceful yoga flows. Just bring yourself (and maybe a friend!), wear comfortable shoes suitable for light hiking, appropriate clothing for movement, and a bottle of water. Please note there are no restrooms available at the preserve.

Suggested donation for this class is $5 to benefit the Land Trust. If interested, all donations will be collected at class time.
